Living in Sacred Intimacy: The 5 Senses of Manifestation
Yesterday I talked about desire.
I talked about honing in on what you actually want to manifest.
I talked about recognizing the version of you that must be embodied for that manifestation to land.
And here’s the truth most people don’t want to face:
If you were already at the capacity required for that desire… you would have already manifested it.
That’s not meant to discourage you.
It’s meant to empower you.
Because it means this isn’t about luck.
It’s about expansion.
You are not waiting on the universe.
You are growing into the version of yourself who can hold what you want.
And here’s where I want to take you deeper.
Look Around. You’ve Already Manifested So Much.
Before you focus on what’s missing, I want you to look around your world.
Really look.
Look at your home.
The things in your home.
The car you drive.
The income you earn.
The relationships in your life.
The people in your life.
This one is big.
The people who make you laugh.
The people who make you laugh until you cry.
The people you’ve shared tender moments with.
Heartfelt experiences.
Late-night conversations.
Memories that live in your body.
These didn’t appear randomly.
They are manifestations.
You are already living inside the evidence of your creative power.
My desire is to bring you from having a surface-level experience of your life… to actually feeling your life.
Not thinking about it.
Not analyzing it.
Feeling it.
Activate the Five Senses of Your Physical Life
I spend a lot of time in the non-physical.
As a psychic medium, I connect to things most people cannot see, hear, or feel. I experience the subtle realms constantly.
But I also recognize something deeply important:
My physical senses are sacred.
Smelling the outdoors.
Walking into my home and noticing what it smells like—the faint remnants of incense, a candle, something baking in the oven, a fruity or vanilla spray one of my kids picked up.
Listening to birds outside.
Right now, as I sit here, I can hear birds all around me. I can hear someone mowing their lawn in the distance. I can hear squirrels running up and down the trees.
I feel a gentle breeze touching my skin as the sun rises and begins to warm me.
That warmth.
That contrast.
That aliveness.
This is not small.
This is not ordinary.
This is life.
And when you begin to truly activate your senses, manifestation accelerates—not because you’re forcing it, but because you are becoming deeply intimate with the present moment.
Don’t Reject Discomfort. Soften Into It.
We don’t aim for discomfort.
We don’t want pain.
We don’t want suffering.
And yet, every human knows that challenge comes with being human.
My goal is not to turn off the human.
It’s to allow the human to emerge more fully.
To feel discomfort with softness.
To meet pain with vulnerability.
To hold challenge with intimacy.
When something feels hard, I don’t tell myself it has to be brutal. I allow gentleness to coexist with it. There can be intimacy even in hardship.
And that intimacy makes the hard moments easier to move through.
Contrast is part of the design.
Ease exists.
Flow exists.
And so does friction.
It’s what we choose from our heart, from within, that shapes our experience.
Surface Living vs. Sacred Presence
We are deeply conditioned into surface living.
We focus on the exterior:
What do people think?
How do people feel?
Am I making everyone happy?
Am I avoiding conflict?
Am I earning enough?
Doing enough?
Being enough?
Growing fast enough?
We obsess over what is missing.
We rehearse what is not available.
And in doing that, we disconnect from what is here.
But when you reject the present moment, you reject the soil from which your future grows.
If you reject what is, you reject the expansion that can come from it.
This is why I soften my relationship with challenging experiences. I choose intimacy instead of resistance.
Because resistance blocks manifestation.
Intimacy amplifies it.
Breathe Into Your Worthiness
Now I want you to return to what you wrote down about your desire.
Take a deep breath.
Clear your mind.
Anchor your energy in your heart—the part of you connected to God, Source, Great Spirit, Divine Intelligence.
And proclaim your desire with truth:
“I am worthy to receive this.”
“I can receive this just because I can.”
We make endless excuses about why we can’t.
Not qualified enough.
Not ready enough.
Not healed enough.
Not supported enough.
And I am telling you:
You can receive it just because you can.
Let your mind explore the possibility.
Let your heart open to endless potential.
Appreciate What Is—So There Can Be More
Feel the deep appreciation for your life.
Your friendships.
Your partner.
Your family.
Your access to food.
Clean water.
Medicine.
Transportation.
Income.
Imagine if the faucet didn’t turn on when you twisted it.
If your car didn’t start.
If the grocery store shelves were empty.
If your paycheck didn’t clear.
If you didn’t have access to what you currently take for granted.
Breathe in your life.
Appreciate what you have—not because you’re settling, but because appreciation multiplies.
The overwhelming bliss of your existence—when fully felt—creates powerful amplification into your future.
Gratitude is not complacency.
It is ignition.
If we reject the present, we reject the potential of the future.
If we reject what is, we reject the expansion available through it.
Manifestation Is Intimacy
The key word here is intimacy.
Develop a deep intimacy with your life.
A softness.
A beauty.
A love.
A depth of appreciation.
Touch the textures of your world.
Taste your food slowly.
Notice the scent of your shampoo.
Listen to the hum of your home.
Watch the light move across the walls as the day changes.
Feel your breath move in and out of your body.
This is not separate from manifestation.
This is manifestation.
Because when you fully inhabit your present life, you send a powerful message to the universe:
“I am here. I am aware. I am grateful. I am open.”
And openness is magnetic.
Capacity Expands Through Appreciation
Remember this:
If you were already at the capacity required for your next level, you’d already be there.
So don’t shame yourself for where you are.
Grow into it.
And the fastest way to expand your capacity is not through forcing or hustling.
It’s through appreciation and presence.
I look around my life and I am deeply moved by what is available to me.
Not because it’s perfect.
But because it’s alive.
And because I know there can be more.
More love.
More expansion.
More abundance.
More joy.
But the “more” grows best in soil that is already honored.
Taste Your Life
So today, I want you to do this:
Reread your desired manifestation.
Feel it in your body.
Then turn your attention to your senses.
Taste your life.
Breathe it in.
Notice the sounds.
The aromas.
The textures.
The visuals.
The warmth of the sun.
The coolness of shade.
The laughter of someone you love.
The hum of ordinary miracles.
This is not separate from your future.
This is the bridge to it.
If you can appreciate where you are and know there can be more, you step into true creative power.
You are not manifesting from lack.
You are manifesting from fullness.
And that changes everything.
